You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account on ELS Logistics. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activities under your account.
Limitation of Liability & Force Majeure
Our maximum liability for lost or damaged parcels during transit is limited to the verified declared item value established at intake booking.
Prohibited & Restricted Items
The following items are strictly prohibited across all ELS Logistics networks:
- Narcotics, illegal drugs, or unauthorized prescription substances
- Firearms, explosives, weapons, or military gear
- Flammable liquids, corrosive chemicals, or hazardous bio-materials
- Counterfeit goods or pirated property
- Uncut precious metals, currency notes, or bearer instruments
Booking & Shipping Charges
All shipping charges are computed automatically based on parcel weight (kg), dimensions, origin, and destination state. Quotes displayed at booking time are final once intake waybill is issued.
Doorstep Pickup & Intake Protocol
Customers must ensure packages are securely packaged before driver pickup or terminal drop-off. ELS Logistics agents reserve the right to inspect package contents to verify compliance with safety regulations.
Driver Registration & KYC Verification
Partner Drivers operate as independent contractors. Registration requires valid driver licenses, vehicle registration certificates, and complete KYC verification before accepting delivery requests.
Payout Requests & Wallet Rules
Delivery earnings accumulate in your ELS Driver Wallet upon successful package delivery confirmation. Payout requests process into verified Nigerian bank accounts within 72 hours.
Terminal Agent Operations
Terminal Agents represent official intake and drop-off points. Agents must maintain physical location security, log all package manifests accurately, and issue standard waybills through the ELS Terminal Portal.
Commissions & Settlement
Agents earn structured commissions on every parcel booked or dispatched at their terminal point. Commission payouts are audited weekly and settled directly to registered agent bank accounts.
